Chill Tip #1 – Rest when you are tired
I have always been a hard worker. I’m coming from a place of, “If you don’t work hard then you are not really working” and that “Rest is for the weak”.
All of that changed when I started my personal development journey. Before, I only sleep for about 4 hours now I’m working my way up 8 to hours (on average I do 6.5 hours now).
So why did I change those mindsets? I realized I was destroying not just my body but also my relationships. I had to choose between my health and my relationship and the choice was obvious.
When you rest, you reset your mind and your body so you’ll be ready for the next day.
Work hard but also, rest if you are tired.
